Shipping Policy

At The Concrete Canvas, we take pride in carefully handcrafting and securely packaging each of our concrete pieces so they arrive safely to your door. Please take a moment to read our shipping and returns policy before placing your order.

Shipping 

• Flat Fee: We charge a flat shipping fee of $9.95 on all orders within New Zealand.

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Standard delivery is generally 2-5 working days after dispatch. Rural deliveries may take longer.

• Packaging: Our concrete products are heavy and fragile, so each item is packed securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly, recyclable, or compostable packaging materials. Some protective packaging may still be required to keep your order safe, but we’re always working on reducing waste and improving our sustainability practices.

Click & Collect

We offer a Click & Collect option from our workshop at 4b Sammaree Place, Kerikeri

• Simply select Click & Collect at checkout

• We'll contact you once your order is ready for pickup (usually within 3-5 business days if your item is in stock), to arrange a collection time. 

• Please wait until you receive confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order, but please note:

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at info@theconcretecanvas.co.nz with your order details and clear photos showing the damage.

  • Once we review your claim, we will confirm whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost due to incorrect details provided.

• Some larger or custom products may require additional shipping arrangements. We’ll contact you directly if this applies to your order.
