Can I get something made in a custom colour?

Absolutely. We can mix your chosen shade as close as possible, but concrete has its quirks - exact matches aren’t guaranteed. Want it spot-on? Send us a photo or a colour swatch so we can get as close to your vision as humanly (and concretely) possible.

Can my item go outside?

Totally. Sun, rain, rogue garden gnomes - Concrete Canvas laughs at them all. Just don’t drop it off the roof…that’s asking for trouble.

How long will it take to make my piece?

Accepted Answer

Some pieces are ready to roll straight off the shelf and can be on their way in just a few days. If we need to make yours to order, give us up to 10 days to hand-craft and cure it to perfection. Custom colours or special requests might take a little longer - we want it right, not rushed. Always feel free to check in first, and we’ll make sure your expectations are exceeded.

Will they chip if I drop them?

Concrete is strong, but gravity doesn’t negotiate. Handle with care, treat them like treasure, and they’ll behave.

How should I clean or care for my beautiful concrete item?

Accepted Answer

Your piece is sealed with a high-performance, penetrating sealer which is resistant to water and stains, but not invincible.
 For everyday care, a damp cloth is all you need (microfibre works best).
 A little dish soap is fine if necessary - just avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
 Think gentle, not industrial.

Is it sealed or waterproof?

Yes - every piece is sealed with a premium, penetrating sealer to help protect against water and stains.  Items designed for food use are finished with a food-safe version, too.
That said, no sealer is completely foolproof - so we recommend wiping up spills promptly, especially anything colourful or oily. It’s durable, but still deserves a little care.
