Welcome to The Concrete Canvas. By browsing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them clear and concise to ensure you know your rights.
1. Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA): Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you are purchasing goods for personal or household use, you are entitled to a remedy if our products do not meet the "guarantees" of acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, or matching the description.
2. Fair Trading Act (FTA): We comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986, which prohibits misleading and deceptive conduct. We aim for all product descriptions and prices to be accurate. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it. If we cannot fulfill an order due to an error, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payments: All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). The Concrete Canvas is not registered for GST; therefore, GST is not included in the price and will not be added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Shipping & Delivery: Please refer to our Shipping Policy here. Under NZ law, we are responsible for ensuring your goods arrive in acceptable condition. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@theconcretecanvas.co.nz.
5. Returns & Change of Mind: While the CGA covers faulty goods, it does not require us to provide a refund for "change of mind." However, we want you to love your purchase. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for our specific rules on exchanges and store credits.
6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Concrete Canvas will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.
7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be settled in New Zealand courts (or the Disputes Tribunal).
